EMC Powder Binder Chopped Strand Mat Series Product Introduction

EMC powder binder chopped strand mat is a sheet-shaped fiberglass product manufactured by chopping glass fibers into fixed lengths, depositing the chopped fibers randomly and uniformly on a mesh belt, bonding the fibers with polyester powder (or emulsion) binder, and finally winding the finished mat.

● Excellent unit weight uniformity

● Rapid resin impregnation speed and low resin consumption

● It features moderate hardness and excellent mold
